49ers WR Deebo Samuel Sr. was forced to leave the game in the second half of the 49ers’ road game in Seattle against the Seahawks in Week 5. He stumbled and fumbled, landing awkwardly and staying down on the field after the play. He gingerly limped to the sideline and was immediately ruled out.

Before leaving the game, Samuel had two carries for four yards and two catches for 21 receiving yards. While he is out, Mike Evans, George Kittle and possibly Brandin Cooks could get more work.

Will Deebo Samuel Sr. bets be refunded?
