DraftKings NFL Millionaire Winning Lineup Breakdown for Week 4

By: Zach Thompson

Sunday of Week 4 featured several high-scoring contests that brought fantasy football goodness to both sides. It was a dramatic, 12-game slate; in the featured NFL $2.75M FANTASY FOOTBALL MILLIONAIRE [$1M TO 1ST], an entry from user oluseyeajayi1973 finished at the top of the leaderboard with a total of 234.2 FPTS, which edged out the second-place entry by just 0.2 FPTS. The winning entry included several options from the Texas-sized rivalry in Houston and exceptional performances at receiver and running back.

Here’s a look at the highest-scoring entry from the Week 4 millionaire contest:

FPTS are Bigger in Texas

In the early window, oluseyeajayi1973 stacked up options from the Texans-Cowboys matchup in Houston. The Cowboys emerged with a 34-30 victory, dropping the Texans to 0-4, and both sides provided strong fantasy performances for this top entry.

Dak Prescott (21.1 FPTS) had a solid game with 335 passing yards and a passing touchdown, finishing as the No. 5 QB on the slate with just 5.2% ownership. He threw his one touchdown — and most of his yardage — to CeeDee Lamb (44.3 FPTS), the day’s top scorer, racking up almost 10 more FPTS than any other player on the board.

Lamb finished with 17 catches for 189 yards and the game-winning touchdown.

On the other side of the matchup, Nico Collins (33.8 FPTS) finished as the second-highest-scoring wide receiver on the slate in his return from a two-week absence. He snagged seven of his eight targets from C.J. Stroud for 118 yards and two touchdowns.

The other key contributor from that game for the top entry of oluseyeajayi1973 was Javonte Williams (31.3 FPTS), who was an amazing leverage play since he was in just 1.5% of entries and delivered the third-most FPTS of any running back. Williams had three touchdowns in the Cowboys’ win, finishing with 62 rushing yards and 21 receiving yards on five catches.

RBs and WRs Carry the Load

Alongside Javonte Williams in the backfield, oluseyeajayi1973 included Kyren Williams (36.7 FPTS). Kyren and the Rams faced the injury-depleted Eagles in Philadelphia. After a slow start, the Rams got rolling and rallied for a 24-20 victory, and Williams did most of the heavy lifting in the backfield.

Williams ran for two scores and 80 rushing yards while catching 10 passes for 67 more yards. His work as a receiver made him an outstanding option in DraftKings PPR format, and his power running helped him get into the end zone for this game-winning touchdown:

On the other side of that game, Zach Ertz (3.3 FPTS) didn’t do much for the Eagles or this entry, but he was a nice salary-saving option at tight end that allowed the entry from oluseyeajayi1973 to include more high-priced receivers.

The third receiver in the lineup was Zay Flowers (28.8 FPTS), who returned from injury and caught eight of his 10 targets for 118 yards and a touchdown. He could have had an even bigger game, but Lamar Jackson (ankle) left at halftime and did not return.

In another early game, the Jaguars DST (7 FPTS) stepped up for this entry as well, with two sacks and two interceptions against the Bengals. One of those interceptions came in the red zone in the fourth quarter and was key to securing the team’s 22-17 road victory in Cincinnati.

T.J. Hockenson Does Just Enough

After a huge start to the slate, the entry from oluseyeajayi1973 had solely tight end T.J. Hockenson (27.9 FPTS) in the late games. Hockenson and the Vikings were home against the Dolphins, and Justin Jefferson (ankle) was out, which opened the door for Hockenson to get plenty of attention from QB Kyler Murray.

The Vikings’ veteran put up the most FPTS of any tight end on the main slate, catching all 13 targets for 119 yards and 27.9 FPTS. Hockenson could have really put the win away for this entry, but he slid down at the one-yard line at the end of the game.

Even though he didn’t score the touchdown, Hockenson got just enough to keep oluseyeajayi1973 ahead of brich34, who finished 0.2 FPTS behind him, and nole91, who was also within just one point of the lead. The entry from brich34 had George Kittle (17 FPTS) and RJ Harvey (19.3 FPTS) in the late game between the 49ers and the Broncos, but couldn’t get the final push needed to take over the lead.

The Bottom Line

This top entry from oluseyeajayi1973 in Week 4 had three of the top six wide receivers and two of the top three running backs. Starting the day with low-ownership production from Javonte Williams and the slate’s highest score from CeeDee Lamb set up the entry for a narrow win, with T.J. Hockenson’s big PPR performance in the late game.

Looking ahead to Week 5, the first bye weeks and another matchup as part of the NFL London Games leave 11 games on the main DFS fantasy football slate on Sunday afternoon.
