To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Saints’ return to the Superdome after Hurricane Katrina, Atlanta and New Orleans will once again square-off on Monday Night Football — though I promise this game won’t have a moment nearly as beloved as Steve Gleason’s blocked punt.
What will this game have? Well, presumably, it’ll include a touchdown at some point, and the matter of who will score that touchdown is of great interest to a number of prospective bettors.
Let’s break down the first touchdown scorer odds for this Week 4 matchup between the Saints and the Falcons. Let’s also make a couple picks on the DraftKings Sportsbook.
Falcons vs. Saints First Touchdown Scorer Odds

Falcons vs. Saints First Touchdown Scorer Picks
Drake London First TD Scorer (+750)
While it was Austin Hooper (+4000) that ended up eventually finding pay dirt in Week 3, the connection that Michael Penix Jr. (+4000) and Drake London have can not be ignored. After two very underwhelming games to start the season, London flourished with Penix back under center against the Packers, translating a team-high 10 targets into 194 receiving yards. That stat line might not even be the most jaw-dropping aspect of London’s TNF showing. How about this? With nine receptions, London caught half of Atlanta’s completed passes for the entire night. Need more? Alright. Consider that prior to last Thursday’s victory, Penix had thrown 12 touchdowns in his NFL career. Eight of those 12 — a full two-thirds — have been with London on the receiving end. I think it’s safe to say there’s a pattern here.
Juwan Johnson First TD Scorer (+1300)
The obvious play here would be Chris Olave (+850), who is currently leading the NFL in receiving yards per game (125.0) and has almost twice as many receptions (27) as any of his teammates through three contests. However, the one area where Olave hasn’t been the focal point is in the red zone. That’s where Tyler Shough (+1600) has pretty consistently turned to his tight ends. In fact, six of Shough’s eight touchdown passes have been caught by a TE so far in 2026, with Juwan Johnson and Noah Fant (+2800) each having hauled in three. That said, it’s the former who has a massive 29.4% target share inside the 20, which is why I’ll lean towards Johnson even at his significantly lower odds. It certainly doesn’t hurt that the veteran is directly on the heels of an eight-catch, two score performance against the Raiders in Week 3. Shough should continue to look Johnson’s way in big moments.
