DraftKings Pick6 Picks: Best NFL Plays for Week 4

Week 4 of the 2026-27 NFL season is here. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this season is Pick6 Fantasy Football!

Here are my top Pick6 plays for the Week 4 Sunday slate.

DraftKings Pick6 Picks: Best NFL Plays for Sunday in Week 4

Josh Allen More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving Touchdowns

Josh Allen has been a touchdown machine in the early part of the season. He has not one, but two rushing touchdowns in all three games. Allen is tied with Derrick Henry for the NFL lead with six rushing touchdowns and is only three scores behind Derrick Henry for the most rushing touchdowns in the NFL since 2023. Allen is now only three touchdowns behind Curtis Martin and Eric Dickerson for 14th on the all-time NFL rushing touchdown list.

The Patriots rank 28th in the NFL in defensive EPA/rush this season. Meanwhile, Buffalo leads the NFL in offensive EPA/rush. The Bills should be able to move the ball on the ground and Allen should find paydirt at the end of those drives. Allen ran the ball 20 times for 101 yards across the two matchups against the Patriots last season and should have even more success in this matchup, especially with Patriots stud DT Christian Barmore out with an injury.

Nico Collins More Than 5.5 Receptions

Nico Collins is back, much to C.J. Stroud’s delight. The Houston offense only operates correctly when Collins is on the field. In Week 1, he had seven catches for 75 yards and a touchdown. He should get back to those numbers, or better, in this matchup. The Cowboys rank dead last in the NFL in dropback success rate and 31st in defensive EPA/dropback. C.J. Stroud is also much better at home throughout his career. Stroud is averaging 263.3 passing yards per game in Houston in his career, compared to 212 passing yards per game on the road. Stroud should take advantage of facing arguably the worst passing defense in football at home and look to his favorite target early and often.

Daniel Jones More Than 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

Daniel Jones should have a good performance in London against the Commanders. Last season, Washington had one of the NFL’s worst defenses. They ranked bottom-five in defensive EPA/rush and EPA/pass. This season, they have made massive strides in improving their run defense, but not so much their pass defense. The Commanders rank 28th in defensive EPA/pass, but third in defensive EPA/rush and sixth in defensive rushing success rate. Washington is still very vulnerable to the deep ball, so Daniel Jones should try to take some shots downfield. Normally, Indianapolis likes to hand it off to Jonathan Taylor in the red zone, but in this game, they will have to trust Jones with his arm.

So far this season, opposing quarterbacks have torched Washington. Jalen Hurts threw for three touchdowns against them, while Dak Prescott and Sam Darnold both threw for four touchdowns against them. Jones should throw for at least two scores in this game.

What is DraftKings Pick6?

Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of 2+ players and select whether you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.

How to Play

Create a Pick Set

Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice, and you must pick players from at least two different teams.

Enter an Amount

Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.

Sweat Your Picks

When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.

Compete for Prizes
