DraftKings Pick6 Picks: Best NFL Plays for Week 2

Published:

By: Blake Krass

Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL season is here. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this season is Pick6 Fantasy Football!

Here are my top Pick6 plays for the Week 2 Sunday slate.

DraftKings Pick6 Picks: Best NFL Plays for Sunday in Week 2

Saquon Barkley More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving Touchdowns

Saquon Barkley didn’t find the end zone in Week 1, but he still rushed for 83 yards on 15 carries. He should be in for a massive game this week against the Titans. The Titans rank 25th in defensive rushing success rate after Week 1. They were shredded on the ground by Breece Hall in the season opener, who went for 102 yards and a score in Tennessee. Now, the Titans have to face another one of the league’s best backs in Barkley. The Eagles’ passing offense looked a bit shaky last week. They should make life easy on themselves and just give the ball to Barkley. The Eagles have things to figure out, but they can win this game by letting their superstar running back keep it moving on the ground. Barkley should find the end zone at least once in this game against a bad Titans defense.

Bijan Robinson More Than 130.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards

The Falcons are a bit of a disaster at the moment. Their quarterback situation has been in flux, but it looks like they are rolling with Cooper Rush for the second straight week as Michael Penix Jr. continues to get game-ready. Last week, Rush looked a bit lost at quarterback. However, he did the smart thing when lost, which was get the ball to Bijan Robinson by any means possible. Robinson is one of the most talented players in the NFL. Even when the defense knows the ball is coming to him, he is almost impossible to stop. Last week, he had 29 total touches for 173 all-purpose yards. He led the team in both rushing and receiving against the Steelers.

In the Falcons’ home game against Carolina last season, Robinson had 143 scrimmage yards. He should have another huge game against the Panthers in the Falcons’ home opener. The Carolina defense looked shockingly bad last week against the Bears, giving up 59 points. Chicago rushed for 291 yards in that game and the Panthers had no answer for how to slow down the ground game. Bijan Robinson should get a boatload of touches in this game and get over this combined prop number.

Lamar Jackson More Than 211.5 Passing Yards

Lamar Jackson had an excellent Week 1 performance against the Colts. He threw for 324 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 40 yards and another score. Jackson should be in for another good game against the Saints. The New Orleans defense struggled last week against the Lions, especially against the run. The Saints know they are in for a battle against Derrick Henry, so they have no choice but to load up the box and try to slow him down. That should give Jackson some advantageous looks in the passing game. Jackson might not throw for 324 yards like he did last week, but he should be able to clear this number, even if Zay Flowers doesn’t play.
