In the top of the third inning of Friday’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Willson Contreras was replaced by Anthony Seigler after taking a 95 mph fastball off the helmet.
Prior to exiting, Contreras went 0-for-1 with a strikeout.
Since Contreras stepped in for his second plate appearance, he will not be eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
