Of the four major sports in the United States, baseball is the only one to have its rookie draft in the middle of the regular season. It begins on Saturday, July 11 at 1 p.m. ET. Rounds 1-4 will take place on Saturday, while rounds 5-20 will take place on Sunday, July 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET.

DraftKings Sportsbook is offering odds for which prospect will be selected with the No. 1 overall pick. The Chicago White Sox have the first pick in the draft for the third time in franchise history and first since 1977. Here are the odds for the No. 1 pick in the 2026 MLB draft via DraftKings Sportsbook.

Although nothing is official yet, Roch Cholowsky is the clear favorite to land No. 1 overall to the Chicago White Sox. He’s listed at -225 odds with the second favorite, Grady Emerson, at +195. Following Emerson is Vahn Lackey at +500 and Jackson Flora at +20000.
