What happened to Spencer Strider? Live injury updates for Braves vs. Mets on 6/12/26

In the bottom of the fourth inning of Friday’s game against the New York Mets, Spencer Strider was replaced by JR Ritchie. The velocity on the fastball was down prior to Strider exiting the game.

Strider left due to right arm soreness.

Before exiting, Strider pitched three innings, walked one, struck out three and allowed six earned runs on six hits (three home runs).

Since Strider faced more than five batters, he is not eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
