With 8:19 left in the third quarter of Friday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs, Ajay Mitchell was replaced by Jared McCain. Mitchell challenged a fastbreak dunk attempt by Stephon Castle and looked to have reaggravated a leg injury that he suffered in Game 2.
Mitchell is now in the locker room.
Before exiting, Mitchell contributed two points, five rebounds and an assist in 17 minutes of action.
