Football is only a few months away, and regular season schedule release day is a checkpoint toward the glorious Sunday watch parties with friends and families. Week 1 is unique in that the season kicks off with a Wednesday night Super Bowl rematch.

Sunday, however, features a typical full slate. The Jets and Titans will be one of the eight 1 p.m. ET games. Opening odds for this matchup are live, and it’s never too early to take a look.

Here are the opening odds of Jets vs. Titans on DraftKings Sportsbook for Week 1 of the 2026 NFL regular season.

The Titans open as three-point favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Jets are +142 underdogs, with the total set at 39.5.

The 2025 season was forgettable for both organizations. New York and Tennessee went 3-14, earning the No. 2 and No. 4 selections, respectively, in the 2026 NFL Draft. This upcoming season isn’t bright for either squad, but perhaps there will be some improvement.

Cam Ward is entering his second season in the NFL, so there are high hopes that he could take the next step. The Titans’ offense is reliant on that, and the addition of Carnell Tate at No. 4 overall will help. Meanwhile, the Jets still don’t have a franchise quarter. Geno Smith is back in green, and is expected to be the starter this season.
