Division rivals are set to clash for the NFC Championship, as the Seattle Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams at Lumen Field.
The Rams (14–5) narrowly escaped the Bears in a Divisional Round overtime thriller and now sit just one win away from their first Super Bowl appearance since 2022. Standing in their way are the NFC West champion Seahawks (15–3), fresh off last week’s 41–6 annihilation of the 49ers.
The teams split their regular-season meetings, with the Rams claiming a 21–19 victory in Week 11 before the Seahawks responded with a dramatic 38–37 overtime win in Week 16.
Against Seattle’s formidable defense, LA will lean on MVP frontrunner Matthew Stafford and a talented receiving corps headlined by star wideout Puka Nacua.
Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. ET. Seattle enters as a 2.5-point home favorite, while LA sits as a +120 underdog. The game’s total is set at 45.5 points.

You don’t beat the Seahawks on the ground. Seattle boasts arguably the most imposing rush defense in the NFL, one that ranked in the league’s top three in rushing yards allowed (3rd), rushing touchdowns allowed (2nd), and opponent yards per carry (1st) during the regular season.
That dominance has amplified in the playoffs. Last week, the Seahawks held San Francisco star Christian McCaffrey to just 35 yards in the Divisional Round drubbing.
The Rams would be wise to lean on veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford and his loaded arsenal of downfield weapons — including standout receiver Puka Nacua.
The star wideout was nearly unguardable during the regular season, racking up an NFL-high 129 receptions for 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns. He corralled at least nine catches in seven contests, including three of his last four.
One such performance came during Nacua’s last trip to the Pacific Northwest — and it was his best by far. Facing the Seahawks in Week 16, the BYU product hauled in 12 of 16 passes for a career-high 225 yards with a pair of touchdowns, albeit in a loss.
Nacua has remained LA’s primary target in the playoffs, catching 15 of 28 passes for 167 yards and a touchdown. Count on Stafford to keep feeding his star receiver — and for Nacua to secure nine-plus catches once again in the NFC Championship.
