Nikola Vucevic over 8.5 rebounds (-116)
There’s not a prop bet for this game I like more than this one. Nikola Vucevic has historically seen a ton of success against the Celtics on the boards, going over tonight’s line of 8.5 rebounds in every single one of his last five matchups against the team dating back to November of 2024. He recorded outputs of 11, 14, 10 and 11 boards in four meetings last season, then produced 15 rebounds against a drastically altered roster back on January 5 when these sides met for the first time in 2025-26. The experienced center produces 9.1 rebounds per game thus far in 30.7 minutes a night, and while that average is the lowest in a decade for the longtime veteran, that’s more a result of workload than anything else. He should see plenty of minutes tonight as the Bulls seek a much-needed statement victory, and while the C’s have excellent production from Neemias Queta at center, Vucevic remains the better player. He should get to nine rebounds tonight and keep that streak alive.
Sam Hauser over 10.5 points (-125)
So, has anyone else seen what Sam Hauser has been doing lately? The sharpshooting forward has now recorded 16+ points in five consecutive games, including a 30-point outing back on January 17 in which he took 21 shots… all of which were three-pointers. That’s certainly an aberration in terms of volume (and shot diet in comparison to most NBA players), but he’s been putting up somewhere between eight and 12 shot attempts per game and almost exclusively takes threes. Hauser has hit at least three shots from distance in five straight and seven of his last 10 contests overall, so if he’s getting about nine points per night off those attempts, he should be able to get over 10.5 points here. The Celtics play at the league’s slowest pace while the Bulls sit fourth in tempo, so it’s fair to assume that levels out somewhere around the middle tonight. With Chicago allowing 119.9 PPG to opponents, 26th in the NBA, there’s some upside for Hauser to continue hitting plenty of shots. He’s clearly hot from deep right now and already makes 40.6% of those tries, so I like him to take advantage of a poor defense as we go over on the points prop here.
