The Australian Open moves on to the second round with a few great matches slated over the next several days.

These are my Australian Open best bets to target on DraftKings Sportsbook for the second round.

2026 Australian Open Second Round Best Bets

Alexander Bublik vs. Marton Fucsovics: Bublik to Win 3:0 (+140)

Alexander Bublik was in superb form coming into the Australian Open. He defeated Lorenzo Musetti to win the Hong Kong Open just a week before his opening round match in Melbourne. The Kazakhstani was catapulted to his career-high world ranking after that win, now sitting at No. 10. He started his Australian Open campaign strongly, winning 3:0 against the American Jenson Brooksby. In the second round, he will look to keep the momentum going against Marton Fucsovics.

Most of Alexander Bublik’s biggest wins in his career have come on hard court. Six of his seven Challenger Tour titles, along with five of his nine ATP Tour titles, have come on hard court. He plays well on this surface, is in great form and should be confident against his opponent. In his career against Fucsovics, Bublik is 4-0. Across those four matches, Fucsovics only won one set against Bublik. With the form he is in, Bublik should dominate Fucsovics once again and take this match in straight sets.

Parlay: Learner Tien, Tommy Paul, Daniil Medvedev, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina (+112)

My favorite moneyline parlay for the first day of second round action involves Learner Tien, Tommy Paul, Daniil Medvedev and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. Tien is one of the rising stars in the sport, with a chance to be one of the best American men in the world in the coming years. Tien is looking for his breakout at a Grand Slam, which could come here in Australia. He entered the new year full of confidence after winning the Next Gen ATP Finals to end 2025. After winning an exciting five-setter in the first round, Tien should settle in and beat Alexander Shevchenko to keep the momentum going.

Tommy Paul took care of business in straight sets in his opening round match and should carry that momentum over against Thiago Tirante. Tirante ranks No. 103 in the world, compared to Paul, who sits at No. 20. Tommy Paul enjoys playing in Australia, making a semifinal here in 2023 and the quarterfinals last season. He should comfortably handle business against Tirante and move on to the third round.

Daniil Medvedev is another player who should dominate in the second round. The No. 11 player in the world won his opening round match in straight sets and now faces World No. 83 Quentin Halys in the second round. Medvedev is 2-0 in his career against Halys, not dropping a set in either match. Medvedev has a chance to go deep into this tournament and should keep winning comfortably in these early rounds.

The final leg of the parlay is on Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. Davidovich Fokina comfortably won in three sets in his opening round match. Next up, he faces the American Reilly Opelka in the second round. These two have faced off once before, a match that Davidovich Fokina won 2:0 in 2024. Opelka has not made it out of the second round of a Grand Slam since 2022, and it’s very unlikely to happen here. Davidovich Fokina is in good form and should handle business to close out this moneyline parlay.
