The 2025-26 college football season is winding down with conference championships now upon us. Taking place in the Mid-American Conference, Miami (Ohio) will face Western Michigan, with odds now up at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Mid-American Conference Championship Odds

The matchup will kick off at noon ET on Dec. 6. Western Michigan (8-4) opens as a -148 home favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook, while Miami OH (7-5) enters as a +124 underdog.

This was a competitive race, with multiple teams still in play leading up to the last day of the season. Miami (OH) officially punched its ticket with a 45-24 victory over Ball State to push them to 7-5 on the season and 6-2 in conference play. Western Michigan went 8-4 on the season with a 7-1 record in MAC action.

Ohio and Toledo each also hold a 6-2 conference record, but Miami owns the tiebreaker between common opponents.

These two programs have faced off 64 times in their history leading up to this matchup. Miami holds a 39-24-1 record, though Western Michigan pulled off a streak of eight consecutive wins from 2006 to 2022. The slates will be wiped clean for this matchup.

Miami (OH) has won 17 conference titles, most recently in 2023. Western Michigan has three MAC championship wins, last taking it home in 2011.
