NFL Pick ‘Em Pool Predictions for Week 7 2025

By: Blake Krass

There are so many different ways to make your picks for Week 7 of the NFL season on DraftKings and DraftKings Sportsbook. The DraftKings Pick ‘Em Pools are one of the best ways to get in on the action.

DraftKings has huge NFL Pick ‘Em Pools for Week 7. You can enter the $5 NFL Week 7 Spreads Pool with $5,000+ in prizes here. You can also enter the $100 NFL Week 7 Spreads Pool with $4,000+ in prizes here.

NFL Pick ‘Em Pools

These pools are really easy to use and allow you to have action for the entire NFL season with just one entry fee. For the season-long pools, each week you will go back to the pool and pick five games on the slate against the spread. Each correct selection is worth one point. You will also be given one “skip week” during the season, where you don’t need to make picks if you don’t have a good feel for that slate. That way, even if you have one bad week, you are still in contention in the contest. You can also play the weekly pools, where you pick every featured game against the spread.

Every week of the regular season, I will be giving out my five favorite selections, along with my leans for every other game on the slate.

Week 7 Picks

Lions -4.5 vs. Buccaneers — The Lions are coming off a loss to the Chiefs, but should bounce back against the Buccaneers. The Lions are arguably the most complete team in the NFL. They rank in the top ten in offensive EPA/play and success rate, as well as defensive EPA/play and success rate. While Baker Mayfield is deservedly getting MVP shouts, Jared Goff ranks fourth in the NFL in EPA+CPOE composite.

As a duo, Jared Goff and Dan Campbell have won and covered 11 straight games when coming off a loss. After struggling against the Packers in Week 1, they turned around and put 52 points up on the Bears. The Lions should score at will at home, and the Buccaneers might be out of magic.

Eagles -1.5 @ Vikings — The Eagles have looked shaky to start the season. Despite starting the season 4-0, they didn’t look overly convincing. However, they did show off their ability to win games even when not at their best. The last two weeks, they were unable to squeak out victories, dropping games to the Broncos and Giants. This trip to Minnesota is a chance to get their season back on track. Carson Wentz had some struggles during the Vikings’ two-week stretch overseas. If he starts, the Eagles should contain him and the Minnesota offense.

There is a chance J.J. McCarthy makes his return, which would favor the Eagles even more. The young quarterback has yet to prove any real competence at the position, and the Eagles’ defense would give him fits. The Vikings rank 25th in defensive EPA/rush, making this a great chance for the Eagles to feed Saquon Barkley and finally get their run game back on track.

Raiders +11.5 @ Chiefs — The Chiefs are coming off a massive win over the Lions. While that was an impressive win, the Chiefs have still struggled at times this season. Even against the Lions, they led by just three early in the fourth quarter. Their win over the Giants looks good on the scoreboard, but they were lucky to win that game so comfortably. Their third win came against the Ravens, who at 1-5 do not look like the Ravens of the past few seasons. The Raiders have not played great to start the season, but in a divisional game with so much familiarity, it should be a close game.

Patrick Mahomes has struggled to cover as a big favorite like this throughout his career. He is an incredible 36-2 SU in games as a favorite of more than a touchdown. However, he is just 13-24-1 (35.1%) ATS in those games. Mahomes has only lost three games as a double-digit favorite in his career, and two of those have come against the Raiders. Las Vegas should have enough offense to keep this thing within the large spread.

Panthers -1.5 @ Jets — The Jets are the last winless team in the NFL. They are incompetent offensively, a problem that should only get worse with Garrett Wilson out for the next few weeks. They also can’t get any stops defensively, a problem against a Carolina offense that is finding its groove. The Jets rank 28th in the NFL in both offensive and defensive EPA/play. Justin Fields has been one of the worst quarterbacks in football this season, playing one of the worst games you will ever see in Week 6 against the Broncos.

The Panthers’ offense has been unlocked by the addition of Rico Dowdle at running back. Dowdle has been the best back in the league the past two weeks, elevating the Panthers to second in the NFL in offensive EPA/rush. They should move the ball efficiently on the ground, opening up easy passing situations for Bryce Young. While neither of these teams is very good, the Panthers are showing signs of improvement, while the Jets look dead in the water.

Texans +3.5 @ Seahawks — It should be a fascinating battle between these two teams on Monday Night Football. The Seahawks have the best passing offense in football by EPA/play, with the Sam Darnold and Jaxon Smith-Njigba connection looking amazing. However, the Texans rank third in the NFL in defensive EPA/dropback. After a slow start to the season, Houston won its last two games by a combined score of 70-10 before heading into a bye week last week.

They should have had a great two weeks off after two dominant wins and had plenty of time to prepare for how to stop Sam Darnold. Derek Stingley Jr. got engaged during the bye week and should ride that high into his big matchup with Smith-Njigba. He is one of the few corners in football capable of slowing down the Seahawks’ receiver. This should be a coin-flip game that comes down to a kick either way, so the Texans should cover this 3.5-point spread.
