What is Early Exit?
Early Exit is a program intended to help customers by issuing credits under specific conditions when a bet is materially impacted by a player’s early exit due to injury.
What bets are covered?
This program applies to pre-match and full-game player prop bets only. It covers individual bet types (singles) and multi-leg bet types (parlays and Same Game Parlays (SGP/SGPx)) under the stipulated circumstances below. Whether you bet pre-game or live, if your player exits in the first half and doesn’t return, you’re covered.
Bets with selection(s) that were unconditionally determined before the injury (e.g. a player already hit an over target, or achieved a milestone) will not be considered for an Early Exit credit. Similarly, under selections will be settled as “won” and will not be considered for an Early Exit credit.
Early Exit will be considered for digital bets only.
What sports are covered?
Credits will be considered when a player exits during the early portion of a game and does not return, defined per sport:

What amount will be credited?
Customers will receive cash credits to their accounts based on the following criteria:
Singles: cash credit for the amount of stake for bet(s) that meet Early Exit eligibility criteria
Parlays and Same Game Parlays (SGP/SGPx): If remaining legs win, customers will receive cash credit based on recalculated odds
When will I receive my Early Exit credit?
Customers should expect to receive Early Exit credits within 24 hours of the game ending (singles), or within 24 hours of the last leg being determined (Parlay/SGP/SGPx). Bets will remain settled as “lost” in the customer’s ‘My Bets’ history, and credits will be applied to the account.
How will customers be notified about Early Exit?
Customers will be notified of credits via standard messaging channels, including, but not limited to: in-app notifications, e-mails, social media posts, etc.
Will Early Exit program criteria change?
DraftKings reserves the right to interpret and revise the program at any time. All decisions regarding eligibility and execution rest with DraftKings’ internal teams.
