2025 Wimbledon Odds: Men’s Singles
The 2025 Wimbledon Championships begin on June 30 and run through the first two weeks of July. The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club is one of the most historic venues in all of sport. Wimbledon is the only one of the four Grand Slams that is played on grass, and that comes with its own dress code for the players. The iconic event was won by Carlos Alcaraz on the men’s singles side last year. This is a look at the best bets to make at DraftKings Sportsbook on who will be the 2025 Men’s Singles Wimbledon Champion.
Carlos Alcaraz (+150)
Carlos Alcaraz is on an incredible run going back to the summer of 2023. Of the eight Grand Slams since Wimbledon in 2023, Alcaraz has won half of them. Alcaraz finally broke through at Wimbledon in ’23, winning his first-ever Grand Slam title and defeating Novak Djokovic to do so. Alcaraz then won the French Open and defended his Wimbledon title in 2024. Most recently, he won his second-straight French Open, defeating Jannik Sinner in one of the all-time great tennis matches. Now, Alcaraz is looking for the three-peat at Wimbledon. Wimbledon and Roland Garros are the two Grand Slam venues where Alcaraz feels the most comfortable, and he is almost impossible to stop when he is feeling that level of confidence. He has defeated Djokovic, arguably the greatest men’s tennis player ever, in both of his Wimbledon Final wins, and defeated Sinner, the best player in the world at the moment, to win Roland Garros.
Alcaraz is likely to face Djokovic and/or Sinner once again if he wants to win a third straight Wimbledon title. The level of confidence Alcaraz can now feel facing these great players is so valuable. It is Djokovic who is now dreading facing Alcaraz, not the other way around. Despite Sinner being the No. 1 player in the world, Alcaraz seems to also have his number. Alcaraz has now defeated Sinner in five straight matchups, including the French Open Final. It is impossible to pick against Alcaraz on his preferred grass surface when he has proven time and again that he can beat the best players in the world in the biggest moments. Even at the shortest odds, it is worth making a big investment in Alcaraz to win his third straight Wimbledon title.
Daniil Medvedev (+2500)
If one person further down the odds board has a chance to pull off an unlikely Grand Slam victory, it is Daniil Medvedev. Medvedev is one of the most underrated players of this era. Since the start of the 2021 season, only Medvedev and Carlos Alcaraz have made it to five Grand Slam Finals. Medvedev has been in a bad run of form as of late, but will look to find his game again at Wimbledon, a place he loves. Medvedev has made back-to-back semifinals at Wimbledon, losing to Alcaraz both times, which means the Russian will be seeking his revenge. Daniil Medvedev has defeated Alcaraz in a huge match before, besting him in the 2023 U.S. Open semifinals. At +2500, it is worth a shot on a guy who has made back-to-back Wimbledon semifinals, and is one of the few players in the world talented enough to beat Alcaraz if he has his A-game.
