UPDATE: Misiorowski is expected to make his next start.
Jacob Misiorowski was the top-ranked pitcher in the Brewers minor league system and fourth-overall prospect before getting called up on Thursday for his MLB debut.
Misiorowski is 6’7″, 197 pounds and throws from the right side. The fastball gets pumped into the high-90s while a curveball and slider complement. As with most young fireballers, the control has always been an issue, as the BB/9 was in the five-range for most of his minor league career.
On Thursday against the St. Louis Cardinals, the walks were an issue again, as he issued four in five innings, but he struck out five and did not allow a hit. And he was pumping high heat.

Unfortunately, he rolled his ankle after throwing a pitch and returning to the mound. He was forced to leave the game.
