MLB Parlay for April 11th, 2025
- Brent Rooker 2+ Total Bases vs. New York Mets
- Tommy Edman 2+ Total Bases vs. Chicago Cubs
- Kyle Schwarber 2+ Total Bases vs. St. Louis Cardinals

Brent Rooker 2+ Total Bases
I really like Rooker’s matchup against Griffin Canning. To Canning’s credit, he looks like a different pitcher pitching for the Mets. Canning is now throwing a slider as his main pitch, doing so 47% of the time so far. However, this isn’t a problem for Rooker, as he owns a .443 wOBA and a .333 ISO against that pitch, dating back to last season. When Canning uses his fastball, which used to be his main pitch, Rooker has a .363 wOBA and a .233 ISO against that pitch.
Tommy Edman 2+ Total Bases
Tommy Edman facing a lefty pitcher always grabs my attention. The guy just mashes against lefties and it’s a matchup I like to bet on. Tonight, he’ll face Matthew Boyd, who throws a lot of fastballs. Edman has a .388 wOBA and a .300 ISO against that pitch since last season. Boyd has been fine thus far, not allowing an earned run through two starts, but this will be his toughest start to date. This entire Dodgers lineup seemingly hits lefties, with the expected lineup owning a combined .356 wOBA and a .224 ISO against them. Edman in the three spot, with his historical numbers against lefties, should be one of the main contributors.

Kyle Schwarber 2+ Total Bases
This analysis came from my MLB Prop Bet article, which you can view here
This is actually an alternate line for Schwarber’s total bases, set at 0.5 at -175. This is a better matchup than his pricing suggests, which is why I’m targeting the added base. He’s facing Cardinals starter Andre Pallante, a contact pitcher. Pallante gets a lot of ground balls, but he also throws a lot of what Schwarber feasts on. His four-seam fastball and slider have accounted for 76.4% of his pitches thrown through his first two starts. Since last season, Schwarber has a .383 wOBA and a .291 ISO against the four-seam and a .358 wOBA with a .274 ISO against the slider. Pallante also appears to have been somewhat lucky in his first two starts, as indicated by his 4.67 xERA (3.86 ERA) and 5.44 FIP. I expect Schwarber to capitalize on this matchup tonight.
Good luck with this MLB Parlay tonight!
