The UFC will host its third event in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a row, but this time, it is a Fight Night headlined by a rematch in the middleweight division between No. 8 Marvin Vettori and No. 12 Roman Dolidze. Even after not fighting for 21 months, Vettori is still only 31 years old. Vettori is 2-3 in his previous five fights in the UFC, but two of those defeats were to former champions.
Dolidze looks to even the score with Vettori after he lost by unanimous decision in their first bout at UFC 286. Since their first bout, Dolidze is 2-1 but is currently on a two-fight winning streak. Dolidze’s last victory came via knockout against Kevin Holland at UFC 307 in October 2024. Although Dolidze has been the more active fighter lately, Vettori is the favorite in this contest at -166 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Dolidze is a +140 underdog in this bout. The line for this fight is much closer than in their first bout as Vettori was a -230 favorite.
If Vettori wants to earn another title opportunity in the future, a win against Dolidze is needed. In their first fight, Vettori landed 35 more significant strikes (106-71). Dolidze only attempted one takedown while having 14 seconds of control time. In this contest, Dolidze must be more active on the feet if he wants to avenge his loss. Dolidze threw 26 fewer total strikes than Vettori.
On this card, four UFC debutants will be featured. This Main Card has six fights on it, with a welterweight bout taking place in the co-main event. Chidi Njokuani is facing Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos in a three-round bout. Zaleski dos Santos is 1-1-1 in his last three fights, while Njokuani is looking to extend his winning streak to three. Zaleski dos Santos is a -205 favorite, and Njokuani is the +170 underdog. The Prelims begin at 4:00 p.m. ET, while the Main Card starts at 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
