Anthony Edwards Injury Update: February 10 vs. the Cavaliers

Updated:

By: Brendan O'Sullivan

UPDATE: Edwards is available.

UPDATE: Edwards did not play on Saturday and is questionable for Monday’s game.

Anthony Edwards is listed as questionable with a hip injury for the Timberwolves vs. Trail Blazers game on Saturday, Feb. 8. If he’s sidelined, it would be just the second game he’s missed this season.

Edwards is coming off incredible back-to-back performances in which he scored 49 and 41 points. The two-game stretch is one of the best spans in the NBA this season. Both games ended with wins for the Timberwolves.

The three-time All-Star is averaging 27.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game through 51 outings this season. The Timberwolves are 7-2 in their last nine games, improving to 29-23 on the season. They are currently the sixth seed in the Western Conference.

Mike Conley is also questionable for Saturday’s game. He is dealing with a finger sprain.
