The final matchup of tonight’s eight-game NBA slate will take place between the Phoenix Suns and Portland Trail Blazers. Kevin Durant and company will travel to Portland for this matchup and are on the second night of a back-to-back.

Phoenix is desperately trying to climb into the true contender conversation but has produced at an inconsistent level all season. The Suns hold a 25-22 record and sit in eighth place in the Western Conference. Injuries have been a notable hurdle all year, but they enter tonight with a clean bill of health.

Portland is more focused on development rather than results this season. The Trail Blazers sit in 13th place in the Western Conference but have seen some encouraging play from some of their young talents of late. Matisse Thybulle has been ruled out for this matchup while Jerami Grant and Robert Williams III are questionable.

The Suns enter this game as four-point favorites and -166 on the moneyline. The Trail Blazers hold +140 odds on the moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 226.

With the stage set, here are my favorite Kevin Durant prop bets ahead of the Saturday night matchup.

Best Kevin Durant Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Durant’s props are listed at over/under 25.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.5 made three-pointers and 36.5 combined points, rebounds and assists.

Kevin Durant Over 2.5 Made Three-Pointers (+110)

Kevin Durant is averaging 27.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game. He is shooting 40.8 percent from beyond the three-point arc while launching 5.9 perimeter shots per game. This comes out to an average of 2.4 made three-pointers per game. He has recorded three or more long-range shots in 16 of the 37 games he has played this season.

The Trail Blazers rank 21st in opponents’ points allowed and 23rd in opponents’ three-point percentage. This will be the third matchup between these two teams already this season. Durant knocked down three three-pointers in one of these games and shot 1-for-9 from beyond the three-point arc in the other matchup. He tallied 41 combined points across these two victories.

Durant has been especially active from beyond the three-point arc lately. He has knocked down four or more three-pointers in five straight games entering tonight’s matchup. The 36-year-old has also attempted seven or more three-point attempts in each of these matchups.

With a poor defense and Durant being increasingly aggressive from the perimeter, count on Durant to knock down at least three three-pointers tonight. Getting +110 odds for this is great value.

Kevin Durant to Record 5+ Assists (+125)

The Suns have climbed to 11th in the league in assists per game and tallied 41 assists as a team last night, which is the most the organization has tallied in a game since 2007.

Durant was not a massive help in this effort as he finished with just three assists in the 25-point victory. Even still, he was effective in keeping the ball moving within the offense, and it felt like he created more offense than the assist number indicates. He also recorded five or more assists in the two games prior. Durant is averaging 4.2 assists per game this season and has recorded five or more assists in 17 of the 37 games. His standard assist prop is set at 3.5 with the over favored at -160 odds, which he has surpassed in 21 of the 37 games.

Durant logged nine total assists across the two matchups with the Trail Blazers this season. He also has recorded five or more assists in seven of his past 12 games. Expect Durant to have better luck getting back in the box score with his playmaking tonight and to be capable of punishing any time Portland throws a double team in his direction. Capitalize on the +125 odds and expect a complete performance from Durant tonight.
