The Tennessee Titans struggled throughout the 2023 season, which was largely expected to be the start of a rebuild. Tennessee finished 6-11 and dead last in the AFC South. Second-year quarterback Will Levis appears poised to take over as the Titans’ starter. He will look to lean on Tony Pollard, Tyjae Spears, Calvin Ridley, DeAndre Hopkins, Tyler Boyd and Chigoziem Okonkwo to take a step forward, hopefully.
Tennessee was busy this offseason. They lost Aaron Brewer in free agency to the Miami Dolphins but replaced him with Lloyd Cushenberry. The Titans added key defensive weapons CB L’Jarius Sneed, CB Chidobe Awuzie and LB Kenneth Murray. Derrick Henry will play for the Baltimore Ravens next season, but Tennessee hopes the RB combo of Pollard and Spears can pick up any slack. In the draft, the Titans picked Alabama OT JC Latham with the seventh overall pick and Texas DT T’Vondre Sweat in the early part of the second round.
