The Celtics took care of business in Cleveland and will look to finish the job at TD Garden tonight. On the other side of this matchup, the shorthanded Cavaliers are looking to keep their season afloat.

Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers — Game 5
Payton Pritchard Over 8.5 Points (+105)
It’s hard to overstate how important Payton Pritchard has been to the Celtics in this series.
With Kristaps Porzingis sidelined due to a calf strain, Al Horford moved to the starting lineup and Pritchard became Boston’s de facto sixth man. Last year, the 6’1 guard playing in the postseason would have been an outlier. Now, he’s an instrumental member of this squad’s core.
Pritchard is like the Energizer Bunny. Whenever he checks into the game, the 26-year-old provides an injection of pace, literally changing the dynamic of Boston’s offense. Lately, his energy has translated to production. Pritchard has scored at least 11 points in three of the four games in this series, finding consistent success utilizing his shiftiness to take advantage of mismatches.
With Donovan Mitchell likely out again, this could end up being a blowout. If that’s the case, Pritchard could see north of 30 minutes. That said, even if it ends up being a tight matchup, I’m expecting another big performance from him tonight.
