The 2024 RBC Heritage tees off from Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island this week. The tournament will run from Thursday, April 18 through Sunday, April 21. This is a signature event for the PGA TOUR, which means that it will draw a group of the TOUR’s most elite golfers together to compete for an increased prize purse.
The event will not have a cut after 36 holes, giving every golfer the chance to compete for the title on Sunday — another advantage of some signature events. Last year, Matt Fitzpatrick defeated Jordan Spieth in a playoff to win.

Scottie Scheffler +400
This isn’t a very fun pick, but it’s one we have to make here. You can’t leave Scheffler out of contention — he has won three of his last four starts and finished T2 in the fourth. Two of those wins came at The PLAYERS and The Masters. Scheffler leads the RBC Heritage field in total strokes gained over the last six months. Last year, he finished T11 at Harbour Town, but was still struggling with his putting, an issue he has since remedied.
Ludvig Aberg +1200
Aberg was remarkable in his first ever major last week and is due for a big win. He ranks third in the field in total strokes gained over the last six months, and like Scheffler, is a powerful ball striker and thrives off the tee. Aberg has one PGA TOUR win under his belt, and as he just turned pro in 2023, this will mark his first time at Harbour Town. After we watched how his first time at Augusta went, his novice status should not be a concern.
Tommy Fleetwood +1800
Fleetwood put together a solid competitive performance at the Masters last week and wrapped up with a T3 finish. That finish marked his third top 10 in his last five starts. Fleetwood has grabbed a T10 and a T15 in his last two RBC appearances, and ranks eighth in the field in total strokes gained.
