Jeff’s King of the Court Pick for Wednesday, November 27: LaMelo Ball
A lot of people are going to ride with Nikola Jokic for King of the Court tonight, and understandably so. After all, the man is averaging a 30-point triple-double on the season.
As a result, there should be a little bit of value on the player with the next-highest projected PRA total in Ball. LaMelo has racked up 65 and 60 points, rebounds and assists over his last two contests. He’s received a ridiculous usage rate as of late, eclipsing 44% in three straight outings.
I expect Ball to be a stat-stuffing machine once again vs. the Heat, who are on the second night of a back-to-back.
