Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals

When these two teams last met in Week 5, the Ravens logged an opening-drive touchdown.
The NFL’s second-highest scoring offense (per game) is in position to do so again on Thursday. The Bengals are coming off back-to-back games in which their defense surrendered opening-drive touchdowns.
Sunday
New York Giants vs. Carolina Panthers (Munich)
Each Team’s 1st Drive Result: Punt & Punt +280
Germany will play host to two of the lowest-scoring offenses in the NFL on Sunday. The Giants are 32nd (15.4) and the Panthers are 29th (16.3).
Furthermore, the Giants have punted on three of their last four game-opening drives. Carolina has done so in two of the last four.
Individually, the Panthers are -135 to punt on their opening offense drive and the Giants are +100.
Detroit Lions at Houston Texans
1st DET Lions Drive Result Grouped: Offensive Score -115
The Lions have been clicking on all cylinders offensively, and in big spots. The NFL leaders in points per game have also scored on five of their eight first-half drives in prime-time games this season.
MONDAY
Miami Dolphins at Los Angeles Rams
Each Team’s 1st Drive Result: Punt & Punt +400
Three of the last four Rams games have started with both teams punting on their opening drives. The same thing has happened in two of the last four Miami games.
Individually, the Rams are +150 to punt on their opening offense drive and the Dolphins are +145.
Trends to Note When Live-Betting
- DeAndre Hopkins got after it in Week 8, finishing with eight catches, 86 yards and two touchdowns on nine targets. Three of those catches came on Kansas City’s first three offensive drives, so he may be someone to monitor early. He’s +120 to log a reception on the Chiefs’ first offensive drive.
- Jacksonville’s defense has been weak in third-and-long (10+ yards) situations, so be sure to monitor the “Drive Result” market (Exact, Grouped and Granular) in those spots. In third-and-long situations, the Jaguars have allowed opposing teams to score four touchdowns, log 235 yards and complete 18 of 25 pass attempts.
