The Wizards and Hawks go head-to-head in Washington on Wednesday. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Atlanta is a 4.5-point favorite and this contest carries a total of 223.5 points. Below, I have featured my favorite Poole prop to consider from this tilt.

Jordan Poole Over 23.5 points (-110)

Poole has surpassed this point line in two of his first three starts of the season and the guard is a tremendous spot to go over this line again Wednesday. First off, Poole gets an excellent matchup vs. the Hawks, who rank sixth in pace and 25th in defensive efficiency. Atlanta is allowing the second-most points to point guards and, as noted above, this game presents a total of 233.5 points on the DraftKings Sportsbook, which is the second-highest total on Wednesday night. Plus, Kyle Kuzma (groin) will be inactive for Washington, leaving Poole as the Wizards’ unquestioned top scoring option.

With Kuzma off the court the last two seasons, Poole’s usage has risen 5.5 percentage points to a huge 32.1%. Furthermore, Poole is averaging 25.1 points on a per 36-minute basis sans Kuzma. With the forward inactive for Poole’s final two starts of last season, he went over 23.5 points in both contests, for an average of 26.5 PPG.

All signs are pointing towards a huge night from Poole and he needs to be backed to go over this scoring prop.
