The third fight on today’s UFC Fight Night card is a three-round Middleweight contest between Nick Klein and Joe Kropschot. Both fighters have three losses, but Kropschot has nine wins while Klein has six. The Prelims begin at 5:00 p.m. ET on Paramount+.
Check out my best bet below for Nick Klein vs. Joe Kropschot at tonight’s UFC Fight Night.
Joe Kropschot to Win by KO/TKO/DQ or Submission (-160)
Klein and Kropschot both made it to the UFC through Dana White’s Contender Series. In October 2024, Klein submitted Heraldo Souza in the first round, earning a contract. Since joining the top MMA promotion, Klein has suffered back-to-back knockout losses against Mansur Abdul-Malik and Andrey Pulyaev. This is Klein’s first fight since August 2025.
Meanwhile, Kropschot is on a five-fight winning streak, with his most recent victory coming on DWCS in August. In Kropschot’s last fight, he landed 127 total strikes, 119 significant strikes, and controlled the action for 1:04, with one takedown. In today’s matchup, Kropschot has a two-inch edge in height (6’3″ vs. 6’1″) and standing reach (79″ vs. 77″).
In this fight, Kropschot is the favorite at -305, with Klein being a +245 underdog on DraftKings Sportsbook. The over/under is 1.5 rounds, with both sides at -115. The bout is also -350 not to go the distance and +250 to last the scheduled 15 minutes.
Although Kropschot is coming off a decision, it was the first one of his MMA career. Before his last fight, Kropschot scored a finish in four consecutive fights. I expect Kropschot to be extra aggressive in his UFC debut to try and make an immediate impact in the promotion. All three of Klein’s MMA losses have come by knockout. Both fighters are versatile, but Kropschot has a ton of momentum, which should give him the edge in this bout. I’m taking Kropschot to win by knockout or submission at -160.
