Check out my favorite prop bets for today’s UFC 333 card below.
Alexander Volkanovski Over 82.5 Significant Strikes (-115)
Volkanovski is set for his second title defense in his current reign. He previously beat Diego Lopes twice. Evloev is 20-0, with his last 10 victories coming in the UFC. In March, Evloev returned after more than two years away and beat Lerone Murphy by majority decision.
On the feet, Volkanovski averages 5.99 significant strikes per minute at a 57 percent rate. Even though Evloev has a 61 percent defensive rate on the feet, the reigning champion should still be able to find success. Volkanovski has recorded 98 and 158 significant strikes in his previous two fights. He has totaled more than 82.5 significant strikes in 10 of his previous 14 wins. You can get Volkanovski to record over 82.5 significant strikes at -115 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Merab Dvalishvili Over 4.5 Takedowns Landed (+110)
Petr Yan beat Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 323 to win the Undisputed Bantamweight title for the second time and first since UFC 251 in July 2020. After having a three-fight losing streak from April 2022 to March 2023, Yan has won four straight bouts. Dvalishvili’s previous loss was his first defeat since 2018, ending his 14-fight winning streak. It has been over a year since Dvalishvili’s last win, as he beat Cory Sandhagen at UFC 320.
In his last fight, Dvalishvili recorded only two takedowns, his lowest total since zero against Jose Aldo in August 2022. Dvalishvili has totaled at least five takedowns in six of his previous seven fights. In Dvalishvili’s UFC career, he has landed over 4.5 takedowns in 13 of 18 contests. Dvalishvili is +110 to finish this fight with over 4.5 takedowns. Dvalishvili landed 11 of 49 takedown attempts against Yan in their first fight, in March 2023.
