BREAK IT DOWN:

Jayson Tatum 25+ Points (-192): In the 16 regular season games Tatum was able to play last season, the former All-Star averaged just 21.8 points and shot 41.1% from the field. Part of that was rust. Part of that was reduced playing time. In any event, bettors don’t appear to be scared away by those underwhelming results. Now another summer removed from his Achilles rupture, Tatum looked to be all the way back in the preseason. He’s also now taking the floor without Jaylen Brown, who was traded to Philadelphia in the offseason. Paul George will more than likely pick up some of this slack, but it’s worth remembering that Tatum owned a massive 36.2% usage rate in the 204 minutes he played with Brown on the bench in 2025-26.

Jaylen Brown 20+ Points (-156): Speaking of Brown, he’s another favorite of DraftKings Sportsbook users on NBA Opening Night. However, this one I’m a little more curious and cautious about. In theory, exceeding 20 points should be no issue for a man who ranked second in the NBA in usage (36.2%) and fourth in points per game (28.7) last season. Yet, this 76ers starting lineup is loaded with high-usage assets that have never really played together before. Joel Embiid’s career usage rate is hovering around 35%. Tyrese Maxey’s been above 28% the past three years. Heck, LeBron James is now on this Philadelphia roster. Even if you think James is likely going to settle into a facilitator role — he’s still LeBron James. This is a squad where a former MVP candidate is going to be asked to sacrifice every single night. Who knows if it’ll be Brown’s turn on Tuesday. Tread carefully.

Derrick White 3+ Three-Pointers Made (-117): After shooting above 38% from three-point range in each of his first three full-seasons with the Celtics, White regressed in 2025-26, making only 32.7% of his attempts from distance. However, even in a less efficient environment, White still made at least three three-pointers in 40 of his 77 regular season starts (51.9%). That’s what happens when you rank fifth in the league in attempts from beyond the arc (640). Volume is king, as they say. Like the aforementioned Tatum, White should see a little more offensive opportunity with Brown out of the picture. If his accuracy normalizes, this prop should be a cakewalk most nights.

3-PICK PARLAY:

Taking three of the most-bet player props individually is always an option, but why not roll them into a parlay and get in on all the action at once? It’s a fun way to tie everything together — feel free to tag along.

Jayson Tatum 25+ Points (-192)

Jaylen Brown 20+ Points (-156)

Derrick White 3+ Three-Pointers Made (-117)

Parlay Odds: +369
