Smith-Njigba is picking up right where he left off in 2025, when he finished the regular season with 119 receptions for 1,793 yards and 10 touchdowns. He’s off to a blazing start in 2026, and actually on pace to exceed all of those numbers this season.

Through five games, JSN has posted 37 receptions, 583 receiving yards and a whopping 10 touchdowns. That has him pacing for video game type numbers of 125 receptions, over 1,900 yards and an unrealistic 34 touchdowns. JSN has been doing the damage regardless of who has been at quarterback and how good or bad the matchup is perceived to be.

Regularly, and primetime matchup in Denver would appear to be a tall task for an opposing wide receiver. Patrick Surtain II might just be the best cornerback in the NFL for the Broncos, but he’s been ruled out with an ankle injury. There’s a huge drop off past Surtain.

Riley Moss is CB2, and has constantly been picked on opposite Surtain. If Moss does play, he will be slowed by a rib injury that lists him as questionable. If Moss sits, then we’re down to a pair of backup corners, who will be asked to slow JSN. Good luck.

JSN has gone for 100+ receiving yards in four of five games so far this season. His season-low is 76 yards in a game that Seattle was playing from well ahead the majority of the second half. I’ll take the plus-money on JSN to top the century mark for the fifth time this season in an extremely favorable matchup.

If you want to get a bit more aggressive, JSN is also finding the end zone at an insane rate, and the matchup dictates he should find his way in again. Seattle is 4-0 off a loss dating back to the start of last season, winning the following game by an average of 8.75 points per game. Putting a Seahawks win in and SGP with JSN to top 100 yards and find the end zone pays better than 4-1.
