Amon-Ra St. Brown and the Lions will close out the Week 4 Sunday slate with a matchup against the Panthers. The Lions are looking to improve off their 2-1 start to the season, while the Panthers have lost two of their opening three games.
Looking at the odds for the SNF matchup, the Lions enter as 3.5-point favorites and hold -198 odds to win outright on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Panthers hold +164 odds to produce the upset, with the game total set at O/U 51.5 points.

Amon-Ra St. Brown Receiving Touchdown Pick vs. Panthers
Amon-Ra St. Brown to Record an Anytime Touchdown (-135)
The Lions have established a clear identity built around their high-powered offensive approach. St. Brown is a key part of this and has had a downright elite start to the season.
Through the opening three games, St. Brown has tallied 23 receptions on 35 targets for 228 receiving yards and five total touchdowns. He pulled in two touchdowns in both Weeks 1 and 2, but was limited to just one last week against the Jets. St. Brown will now prepare to face off with a vulnerable Panthers’ defense, which has bled points at a high rate this season. Carolina enters this matchup ranking 26th in opponents’ points allowed, 28th in total yards conceded, and will be without Jaycee Horn and Mike Jackson at the cornerback position tonight.
The level of volume that the star wide receiver is seeing in the red zone is especially noteworthy. St. Brown leads the NFL with nine red zone targets and has pulled in eight of these receptions thus far. He also finished last season with an NFL-best 34 targets inside the 20-yard line and trailed only Davante Adams for targets inside the 10.
The team total for the Lions is set at 28.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook, and Detroit has scored 31 points in all three games so far this season. Expect a few trips to the red zone and for St. Brown to see multiple chances to score. The Carolina secondary is depleted by injuries and has its concerns even when it is at full strength. Count on St. Brown continuing to shine as one of the best wide receivers in football and be given a few chances to reach pay dirt. Back the Lions star to reach the end zone for the fourth straight week and the sixth time this season.
