Kansas City Chiefs vs. Indianapolis Colts DraftKings Pick6 Picks for SNF

The Week 2 Sunday Night Football matchup sees the Kansas City Chiefs host the Indianapolis Colts at Arrowhead Stadium. One of the best ways to get in on the game is by playing DraftKings Pick6.

Here are my top Pick6 plays for the Week 2 Sunday Night Football matchup.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Indianapolis Colts DraftKings Pick6 Picks for Sunday Night Football

Tyler Warren More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving Touchdowns

Tyler Warren had an excellent rookie season and is hoping for an even better sophomore campaign. He only had three catches in Week 1 against the Ravens, but one of those catches went for the Colts’ only passing touchdown of the day. The Colts need Warren if they want to compete against Kansas City. This will be a wild environment at Arrowhead for Sunday Night Football. The Colts should make life easy on Daniel Jones by running the ball and giving him easy looks in the passing game.

The Chiefs’ defense looked great on anything downfield last week against the Broncos. Bo Nix wasn’t able to get anything going in the passing game and had to look to his tight end, Evan Engram, often. Engram was the Broncos’ leading receiver and scored their only touchdown of the game. Tyler Warren should be the go-to guy for Jones in this one and has a real shot to score a touchdown for the second consecutive week.

Daniel Jones More Than 0.5 Interceptions

Daniel Jones was having the best season of his career in 2025-26 with the Colts before he suffered his season-ending injury. Despite his solid play, turnovers remained an issue for Jones, as they have been his entire career. Jones threw eight interceptions in 13 games last season. Six of those eight interceptions came in losing efforts. When Jones was forced to throw the ball downfield to keep up in a game, he made mistakes. That happened last week against the Ravens, with Jones throwing a pick in the season opener. It should happen again here against the Chiefs as well, as they looked great offensively in Week 1. The Chiefs picked off Bo Nix last week and should get an interception off Daniel Jones in this one.

Patrick Mahomes More Than 18.5 Rushing Yards

Patrick Mahomes used his legs more than ever before last season. He had a career-high 422 rushing yards in 2025-26. Mahomes has always been mobile, but he was often careful to protect himself during the regular season. Mahomes needed to run the ball more last season to compensate for his offense’s shortcomings. While the Kansas City offense isn’t perfect, it certainly looked much better to start this season. However, Mahomes demonstrated he is still willing to use his legs, rushing seven times for 23 yards and a touchdown. This Colts defense is vulnerable to the run game. It ranks 26th in the NFL in defensive EPA/rush after Week 1. Last week, Lamar Jackson ran for 40 yards and a touchdown against them. Mahomes should rush for at least 19 yards in this game, keeping his strong rushing numbers going.
