Nine months after Alexandre Pantoja lost his title to Joshua Van at UFC 323 in December 2025, the two will face off in a highly anticipated rematch in the Main Event of UFC 331! Tonight’s event takes place in Los Angeles, California, at Crypto.com Arena.
Pantoja suffered a significant injury, ending the first fight with Van just 26 seconds in. Before that, Pantoja was on a dominant run, winning eight consecutive bouts with his last five in title fights. Now, Pantoja is back healthy and poised to add more gold to his resume, which will most likely find him in the UFC Hall of Fame. After unceremoniously realizing his dream, Van has another opportunity to prove himself against one of the greatest Flyweight Champions of all time. In his last fight, Van picked up a knockout in the fifth round against Tatsuro Taira at UFC 328 in May.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Van is a -148 favorite with former 125-pound king as a +124 underdog. Pantoja is getting 63 percent of the handle while Van is receiving 51 percent of bets. Van also gets 37 percent of the handle, while 49 percent of bets are on Pantoja.
In the co-main event of UFC 331, budding superstar No. 2 Arman Tsarukyan takes on knockout artist No. 7 Mauricio Ruffy in a five-round Lightweight contest. Tsarukyan has won five straight fights, with three of his last four wins coming by finish. Although Tsarukyan hasn’t been the most active fighter in the UFC, he has increased his star power outside the cage through social media and by staying active in other competitions. Ruffy has picked up two knockouts this year and is on the verge of becoming a future title challenger. 69 percent of the handle and 33 percent of bets are on Ruffy. Tsarukyan gets 67 percent of bets and 31 percent of the handle for this contest. In this fight, Tsarukyan is a -310 favorite with Ruffy as a +250 underdog.
Former Bellator Champion No. 15 Patricio Pitbull has started his UFC career 1-2 and now faces Dooho Choi, who has won three fights in a row. Pitbull is coming off a loss to Aaron Pico at UFC 327 in April, with his last win coming against Dan Ige in July 2025. Choi ended his 17-month layoff in May, when he knocked out Daniel Santos in the second round. In this fight, Choi is a -265 favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook, with Pitbull as a +215 underdog. Choi is getting 77 percent of the bets, with 23 percent going to Pitbull. On the handle, Choi is receiving 63 percent, with 37 percent on Pitbull.
