The co-main event of Dana White’s Contender Series Season 10, Week 3 is a three-round Heavyweight contest between Mario Piazzon and Guilherme Uriel. Piazzon, 28, is 12-1 with nine finishes, while Uriel has a record of 7-2 with seven finishes. This is Uriel’s second appearance on DWCS, as he suffered a knockout loss to Josh Hokit on this show in August 2025. Tonight’s DWCS action begins at 7:00 p.m. ET on Paramount+.
Check out my best bet below for Mario Piazzon vs. Guilherme Uriel at tonight’s edition of Dana White’s Contender Series.
Guilherme Uriel Moneyline (-155)
After Uriel lost on DWCS, he scored a first-round knockout over Leonardo Fraga at LFA 229 in March. Piazzon is currently on a two-fight winning streak. In September 2023, Piazzon defeated Alexander Soldatkin on Season 7, Week 8 of Dana White’s Contender Series. Piazzon won his last fight on DWCS by disqualification after Soldatkin hit him with a knee.
Uriel is a -155 favorite with Piazzon being a +130 underdog on DraftKings Sportsbook. In this fight, Uriel is four inches taller (6’1″ vs. 5’9″) and has a one-inch edge in standing reach (74″ vs. 73″). This fight also has an over/under of 1.5 rounds, with the under being -200 and the over being +154.
Although Uriel already has a loss on this show, it came against Josh Hokit, one of the best Heavyweights in the UFC. Piazzon is an elite striker but could struggle here, as Uriel is more versatile, with finishing ability on the feet and on the ground. With the physical advantages, Uriel should be able to be the aggressor in this contest while keeping Piazzon at range. If he does, he should be able to find more success than in his first appearance on DWCS.
