Check out my best bet below for Gary Balletto vs. Sean Clancy Jr at tonight’s edition of Dana White’s Contender Series.
Sean Clancy Jr. to Win by KO/TKO/DQ (-150)
Clancy, 23, won the Interim Cage Warriors Welterweight Championship in his last fight against Melvin van Suijdam in December 2025. He enters this bout with a perfect undefeated record of 8-0 with five knockouts and three submissions. Clancy’s previous six victories have come in Cage Warriors, one of the top promotions in Europe. Balletto is 11-3 with 11 finishes and has won four straight fights. His last two losses came against Billy Ray Goff and Jeremiah Wells, both of whom are in the UFC.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Clancy Jr. is a -1200 favorite while Balletto is a +750 underdog. This contest has an over/under of 1.5 rounds, with the under at -298 and the over at +220. Clancy is also -650 to win this fight by knockout or submission. This bout is +500 to go the distance and -900 to end early.
Clancy is five inches taller (6’1″ vs. 5’8″) while having a two-inch reach advantage (72″ vs. 70″). With Clancy’s elite athleticism and versatile skill set, he has all the makings of a future star. If he enters this fight as aggressive as he has been recently, another quick finish is possible against Balletto. Balletto has seven submissions and is good on the ground, making it likely that this will primarily be a striking matchup. If that comes to fruition, it favors Clancy, who has won five of eight fights by knockout. Also, Balletto’s previous two losses have come by knockout, as he has struggled against fast-paced fighters with a ton of power. I’m backing Clancy to win by KO/TKO/DQ at -150 in this contest.
