Anthony Wint moves to 7-0 with six finishes in his MMA career after beating Matt Adams in 34 seconds. This was Wint’s fourth consecutive knockout, with the last three coming in the first round. Wint appears to have what it takes to be a major player in the UFC’s Heavyweight division in the future.

Abe Alsaghir beat Fabrizio Escarrega by split decision in the co-main event of tonight’s DWCS card. Alsaghir moves to 9-0 in his career, as Escarrega’s record is now 9-2. Alsaghir was a +114 underdog and +450 to win by decision before this contest.

Tom Pagliarulo vs. Ananias Mulumba round-by-round updates
Result: Tom Pagliarulo defeats Ananias Mulumba by third-round TKO

Pagliarulo stunned Mulumba, and then Mulumba followed it up with a big punch of his own. Mulumba hurt Pagliarulo once again, leading to Pagliarulo attempting a takedown. With under two minutes left in the round, Pagliarulo landed a takedown.

Pagliarulo did a better job at the beginning of the second round. Mulumba wasn’t as active in this round. Mulumba didn’t move around a ton, which allowed Pagliarulo to find more success. We head to the final round with it likely being 1-1.

Tom Pagliarulo beat Ananias Mulumba by third-round knockout in the second fight on tonight’s action at DWCS. Pagliarulo is now 11-2 with 10 finishes and increases his current winning streak to five. Mulumba suffers his second loss on Dana White’s Contender Series and falls to 1-2 in his previous three contests.
Mulumba landed a big punch, but then Pagliarulo scored another takedown. Pagliarulo unloaded ground and pound while controlling Mulumba on the ground. Eventually, Pagliarulo’s powerful punches caused the referee to stop the fight.
