UPDATE: Buxton has been placed on the 10-day injured list.
Byron Buxton exited Tuesday’s game vs. the Royals with right hip soreness. Buxton has been dealing with this same injury on and off for most of the season, and it looks like it’s flared up again on Tuesday night.
Before exiting, he recorded no stats in two trips to the plate.
