Rays All-Star third baseman Junior Caminero suffered a hand injury during the 2026 All-Star Game on Tuesday, July 14. He was hit in the hand during his at-bat in the top of the third inning.
Caminero left the game following this play, and Miguel Vargas replaced him as the pinch runner.
It’s uncertain how severe the injury is.
