Seattle Mariners outfielder Julio Rodriguez exited Thursday’s game against the Angels after two innings. He got hit in the head by the ball while running the bases, causing an apparent head injury.
Rodriguez remained in the game in the second inning, but he left at the top of the third. Victor Robles replaced him in center field.
