What happened to Trea Turner? Live injury updates for Mets vs. Phillies on 6/18/26

Phillies shortstop Trea Turner left Thursday’s game against the Mets after getting hit by a pitch in the first inning. He was replaced by Justin Crawford, who took over center field on defense. Brandon Marsh went to left field, Derek Hill moved to right field, and Edmundo Sosa took over at shortstop.

Before exiting, Turner scored a run after getting hit by a pitch.

Since Turner was removed before his second at-bat, he is eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
