In the bottom of the fourth inning of Thursday’s game against the St. Louis Cardinals, Bobby Witt Jr. was replaced by Tyler Tolbert. On defense in the top of the fourth inning, Witt Jr. made a defensive play at shortstop and injured his right knee.
Before exiting, Witt Jr. went 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBI and a home run.
Since Witt Jr. appeared in two at-bats, he is not eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
