In the top of the sixth inning of Friday’s game against the Toronto Blue Jays, Trent Grisham was replaced by Max Schuemann. Grisham suffered an injury after sliding into second base after a base hit.
Before exiting, Grisham went 1-for-4 with two RBI.
Since Grisham had more than two at-bats, he is not eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
