In the top of the seventh inning of Thursday’s game against the Pittsburgh Pirates, Shohei Ohtani was replaced by Santiago Espinal. Ohtani left the game due to left knee inflammation. There’s been no mention of when or how the injury occurred.
Before exiting, Ohtani went 2-for-2 with a home run and two walks.
Since Ohtani had two at-bats, he is not eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
