Best Jalen Brunson prop bets for Knicks vs. Spurs on Friday 6/5/26

Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks are three wins away from a championship. New York is looking for their third NBA title, and the first one since 1973. Jalen Brunson dropped 30 points in Game 1 as the Knicks came from behind to get the road win and a 1-0 series lead. Let’s see if he can lead his team to another victory on Friday.

The Spurs are 5.5-point favorites and -225 on the moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook for Game 2 in San Antonio. The Knicks are +185, with the game total set at 214.5 points.

Let’s dive into my favorite Jalen Brunson player props for the Game 2 contest.

Jalen Brunson 26+ Points (-117)

Jalen Brunson didn’t have a good shooting game in the series opener, going 12-31 from the field. However, when you get that many opportunities to score, reaching high point totals is still in play. Brunson ended the game with 30, despite his poor overall shooting performance and going 2-9 from three point range. 31 shot attempts is a staggering number, and if he gets anywhere near that in Game 2, this total should be no problem. Even if he doesn’t, Brunson usually shoots the ball much better than he did on Wednesday and he should be able to reach 26 points or more. He’s gone over this total in six of his last nine playoff games, and in four total games against the Spurs this season, he’s averaging 27 points per game. The Knicks went to him often down the stretch in Game 1, and I expect him to show up big in the fourth quarter of Friday’s game as well if the contest is close.

Jalen Brunson Over 2.5 Rebounds (-148)

Jalen Brunson has gone over this total in all four of the contests he’s played against San Antonio this season. In the three regular season matchups, he recorded four rebounds in all of them. In Game 1 of this series, he pulled down three boards. In the lone game he played against San Antonio last season, he finished with seven rebounds. In the entirety of the regular season, he averaged 3.3 per game. In these playoffs, he’s recorded three or more rebounds in six of his last seven games. Over the four game series of the Eastern Conference Finals against Cleveland, he averaged 3.25 rebounds per game. Brunson isn’t known for his rebounding ability, but somehow the ball seems to find him a couple of times per game.
