What happened to Mike Trout? Live injury updates for Mariners vs. Angels on Sunday 4/5/26

UPDATE: X-rays were negative and Trout is day-to-day.

In the bottom of the eighth inning during Sunday’s game against the Seattle Mariners, Mike Trout was replaced by Oswald Peraza. Trout was hit on the hands by the second pitch he saw in his plate appearance.

Prior to exiting, Trout went 1-for-4 with two strikeouts and a run scored.
