It’s been a few years since Jury Duty broke out as one of the most unlikely hits on TV, turning a staged trial into an overnight streaming sensation. That story had a definitive ending, since the curtain finally got pulled back, but the show’s producers have more gas left in the tank. Enter Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat.

When does Jury Duty season 2 come out?
Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, March 20. While the first season started with a four-episode drop, the spinoff will get rolling with three episodes. They are expected to have a runtime around 30 minutes each.
The second season will consist of eight episodes total. After the three-episode premiere, Prime Video will drop two episodes next Friday, then three episodes the Friday after that.

Who will show up this season?
Outside of one or two somewhat recognizable side characters, actor James Marsden was the biggest star in season 1 of Jury Duty. Marsden is an executive producer for Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat, but he is not expected to make an on-screen appearance. Ronald probably won’t be popping up, either, at least until the crew breaks the fourth wall at the end of the ruse.
As for the show’s unsuspecting lead, Anthony Norman will fill that tole this season. Alex Bonifer, Emily Pendergast, Stephanie Hodge, Jerry Hauck and Wendy Braun are among the paid actors who will surround Anthony.
What to expect in Jury Duty season 2
Anthony starts working at Rockin’ Grandma’s Hot Sauce, just before their corporate retreat. The CEO is on the verge of retiring, too, preparing to pass the company off to his eccentric son. Keeping in tradition with the premise of Jury Duty, though, it is an entirely fake company where all of Anthony’s co-workers and superiors are actors.
There will be a talent show, motivational speakers and games, plus a potential sale to another hot sauce company. Anthony will have to sit through it all, trying to keep a straight face while the show’s writers see how far they can push the limits of believability.
