The second shortest race of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season is complete as another new winner takes the top spot.
Shane van Gisbergen won the 2025 Viva Mexico 250 — the inaugural NASCAR Cup Series race in Mexico City. He beat out Christopher Bell and Chase Elliott to capture his first Cup Series victory of the season.
Van Gisbergen held the shortest odds entering this race at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City, Mexico. He was a +220 favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook after earning the pole position during Saturday’s qualifying.
Ross Chastain, who finished 16th, had the second best odds of +600.
