Top MLB DFS Stacks for Saturday 6/7/25

After a busy afternoon, the Saturday night fantasy baseball slate features five games under the lights. With 10 teams to pick from, there are plenty of lineups in matchups to attack. The slate features some of the best hitting environments in baseball, and there are plenty of great spots to consider targeting in your MLB stacks this Saturday.

In case you’re new to the idea, “stacking” is an MLB DFS strategy that relies on multiple players from the same team boosting each other’s production as they pile up runs in a favorable matchup. Since multiple players earn points in run-scoring scenarios, building around several options from the same lineup creates a potential positive correlation for your squad. If you can find the right matchup, stacking can be extremely effective because high-scoring teams usually have multiple players near the top of the overall leaderboard. Despite raising the risk of your lineup being shut down, the right target for MLB Stacks can carry you to the top of the leaderboard.

Here are my top three MLB DFS stacks for this Saturday.

1. New York Mets

Juan Soto ($5,900)
Pete Alonso ($5,700)
Brandon Nimmo ($4,600)
Starling Marte ($4,100)
Ronny Mauricio ($3,000)

The Mets are in a smash spot at Coors Field, and they are an obvious but likely productive option to build around for MLB stacks this Saturday night. They’ll face young lefty Carson Palmquist ($5,000), who has been hit hard in his four MLB starts, posting a 8.50 ERA, 6.24 FIP and 1.83 WHIP while giving up four homers. Both lefties and righties have hit him hard, so there’s no strong lean in the splits to target.

Soto has heated back up after his slump, but the key to the stack is Pete Alonso, who I included in my MLB DFS picks and my top home run props for the night. He’s caught fire and is seeing the ball so well that he’s hard to pass up in such a great spot. Nimmo and Marte have been hitting at the top of the lineup with Francisco Lindor (toe) day-to-day, and both have high ceilings with good potential in the $4,000s. I also still love getting Mauricio at only $3K given how much power and speed potential he brings while filling in for Mark Vientos (hamstring). Mauricio had a double on Friday and will look to get going even more on Saturday.

2. Milwaukee Brewers

Jackson Chourio ($5,000)
Christian Yelich ($4,900)
William Contreras ($4,500)
Sal Frelick ($3,900)
Caleb Durbin ($2,900)

The Brewers were in my MLB Stacks for Friday but were shut out by the Padres in a 2-0 loss in the series opener. I’m going back to the well, though, since they have been locked in over the last few weeks and should be able to bounce back with a good game Saturday night against Stephen Kolek ($8,000). Over the last two weeks, the Brewers still rank in the top five in runs scored at 5.3 runs per game with a .328 wOBA that puts them in the top 10 in the majors over that span. Friday was an off night, but I think they’ll bounce back just fine.

Kolek has a 3.47 ERA and 3.90 FIP in his six MLB starts this year. He bounced back with 5 2/3 shutout innings in his most recent start after surrendering a total of 15 runs in his three previous starts. Most of the damage against him has come off the bat of left-handed hitters, who are hitting .277 with a .354 wOBA against Kolek this season.

Lefties like Yelich and Frelick are good places to start the stack against Kolek as a result. Yelich is averaging 12.7 fantasy points per game over his last 10, while Frelick has averaged 8.1 fantasy points over that same span. Chourio has been heating up lately as well,  going 13-for-32 (.406) with two doubles, two home runs and four stolen bases for an average of 15.6 fantasy points per game over his last seven contests. Durbin is a cheap speed play from the bottom of the lineup that can be a strong option as part of a wraparound stack.

3. Baltimore Orioles

Gunnar Henderson ($4,800)
Ryan O’Hearn ($4,400)
Jackson Holliday ($4,200)
Heston Kjerstad ($2,500)
Coby Mayo ($2,200)

The wind is blowing out in Sacramento and the temps are expected to be nice and warm, setting up plenty of offense in this matchup between the O’s and A’s. The Orioles’ offense has struggled this season, but they still have lots of potential, especially on the left side of the plate. They’re the top contrarian option in my MLB stacks as they take on Luis Severino ($7,200).

Severino has been solid overall for the A’s this season, but he has struggled at Sutter Health Park. He is 0-5 at home with a 6.99 ERA and 4.28 xFIP in his 46 1/3 innings. He has also struggled against lefties, who have hit .267 with a .323 wOBA against him. He’s been much better on the road and against righties, but attacking him with lefties in Sacramento is a solid strategy.

Holliday has caught fire lately, averaging 9.3 fantasy points per game in his last 15 games and dropping 24 fantasy points in the first game of this series with his eighth homer of the season. O’Hearn has also been tearing things up, hitting .333 with four homers and a .394 wOBA in his 31 games since May 1. While Henderson is still coming around, he always brings a high ceiling, and I love the bargain upside of both Mayo and Kjerstad, who raked at Triple-A and have taken time to adjust to the majors, like Holliday did before his current heater.
